Integrated Care

At your visit, it is my intention is to support your inherent ability to heal. I offer care based on what is most helpful that day. The main offerings of my practice are Five Element Acupuncture, Craniosacral Therapy, and Naturopathic Medicine.

What to Expect at Your Visit:

~ 90 minute appointments for new patients where we address your concerns and I answer your questions. Craniosacral Therapy or Five Element Acupuncture, assessment and treatment, is often part of the fist visit as well.

~ Options of 50 and 25 minute follow up appointments for returning patients which can include five element acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, and/or naturopathic care.

~ Personalized treatment plans

~ Naturopathic Care specializing in Healing Foods/Nutrition support, as well as lifestyle, homeopathic, and herbal medicine support as needed

~ Lab reviews (you are welcome to bring lab work from other providers you have seen and we can go over this together)

~ A receipt or superbill provided at your request to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement

I do not offer:

~ General physicals and pelvic exams

~ Management of medications

~ Hormone prescribing

~ Insurance Billing (we are an out of network provider)

~ In office lab testing

For those services I do not offer, I am happy to refer you to other practitioners.
