Integrated Care

At your visit, it is my intention is to support your inherent ability to heal. I offer care based on what is most helpful that day. For that reason, I integrate Five Element Acupuncture and/or Craniosacral Therapy along with Naturopathic Medicine into each visit.

Here is what a visit with me looks like:

~ 90 minute appointments for new patients so that we have plenty of time to address your concerns and answer your questions

~ Options of 60 and 30 minute follow up appointments for returning patients.

~ A personalized treatment plan that is sent to you so that you can start shifting your health in a positive direction immediately

~ Multiple services each visit: naturopathic care, five element acupuncture, craniosacral therapy

~ Healing Foods/Nutrition support, as well as lifestyle, homeopathic, and herbal medicine support when needed

~ Lab reviews (you are welcome to bring lab work from other providers you have seen and we can go over this together)

~ A receipt or superbill provided at your request to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement

I do not offer:

~ General physicals

~ Pelvic exams

~ Management of medications

~ Prescribing of hormones

~ Insurance Billing - we are an out of network provider

~ In office lab testing

For those services I do not offer, I am happy to refer you to other practitioners.
